A Utah founder.
Building with AI.

I’m Jack Gandolfo, an independent founder based in Salt Lake City. I build and operate AI-powered software businesses and content-distribution infrastructure. I’m interested in meeting the founders, operators and curious builders working across Utah, including Lehi and the Silicon Slopes corridor.

Software with operating context.

My portfolio combines subscription and managed publishing products, niche affiliate and Pinterest websites, creator research tools, and internal content systems. The emphasis is on connecting data, production and distribution into workflows that can actually be operated—not just demonstrating a model.

PinDeck has 240+ clients, a founder-reported figure supplied for this portfolio. That is a client count, not a count of self-service software licenses. ViralVideoSearch focuses on discovering and analyzing creative patterns; the portfolio’s reported research cadence is 200 viral videos analyzed daily. Neither figure is a promise of a new partner’s results.

Why meet?

I co-founded GamerPeer, which grew to 800+ YouTubers and 40 million monthly views before an exit. Today I’m applying a founder-led approach to a new AI software portfolio. I’m interested in the practical questions other builders face: what to automate, where people still matter, and how a useful product finds its audience.

If you’re a Lehi SaaS entrepreneur, a Salt Lake City operator, or an aspiring Utah startup founder, there is no need to arrive with an established distribution business. A thoughtful introduction, a project you care about, or a specific question is a good place to start.

Connections I welcome

  • Founder-to-founder exchanges and creative collaborations, including early-stage builders.
  • Agencies and operators exploring distribution or licensing around a real customer workflow.
  • AI researchers, software builders and enthusiasts comparing practical systems and lessons.
  • Angels and VCs interested in understanding the portfolio, without assuming an active fundraising round.

A local introduction.

Tell me what you’re building, where in Utah you are, and what you’d like to exchange. You can suggest a local coffee or a conversation by email. My base is Salt Lake City; Lehi is part of the community I’d like to connect with, not a second office or a claimed affiliation.
